I know usually I take a "nice" picture for her monthly updates, but we've been getting so crazy lately, this is what I got: We attented Mindy's baby shower. That's Ellie's mommy. She's expecting Baby Richard...any day now, actually ;) That lovely poochy there is Gonzo. He used to be a show dog. (Italian Greyhound, in case you're wondering.) Emily enjoyed chatting him up too.
We were just playing around, but Emily and Dad were making a special moment here. I just had to capture it. Look at that happy girl! :)
A couple of weeks ago, I took Emily with me to the tennis courts. Quite luckily, my friends had snagged the one corner court where a tree provided just enough shade for her Pack-n-Play. She seemed to have a good time watching us all run around after a bright yellow object. My friends were very good sports about switching off and keeping her company while the other two played.
