Backtracking: Feburary/March

 So, still playing catch up here...Feb/March Highlights.

Len got a new drum set. It's black and sparkly. He's diligently practicing and to date, has played five times on the church's worship team. He also sang a song while playing! I was very proud of his new acquired skills.

In the midst of all, he never forgets to take time out for a cuddle or tickle session on the girls. He's such an awesome daddy. :)

 

 Emily is growing up so fast. Here, we started to do some elementary tracing and cutting skills. I love the times of day when we can spend some time together. This morning was that way. I took Em to a special storytime at the library about gardening. We played some garden rhymes and heard stories. Afterwards, Em planted her first sunflower seed. I'm sure it'll be a beautiful addition to our garden.

We had a freak hail storm during March. What made it weirder was the sun shining around the hail clouds! It lasted about ten minutes and we ended up with hail like this! 

 

We took a family outing to an indoor playground: Catch Air. It was crowded but much fun. Lizzie liked the foam blocks, Emily enjoyed her first huge ball pit. Lizzie was also fascinated by the light tunnel.
